Summary In order to keep the Board of Education informed about current capital project expenditures, I have attached a summary of the capital expenditures and the related interfund transfers for the open projects. The summaries include separate columns to account for the expenditures, interfund transfers, and funding information.

Current Open Projects:
1. Multi-Year Repair/Reconstruction of District Parking Lots - Phase III - Architect MOU approved at January 28, 2019 Board Meeting. Interfund Transfer Resolution approved by the Board of Education on April 18, 2016. Winning bid approved by Board of Education on April 29, 2019.
2. A Field Renovations - Memo of Understanding with DLA Architects approved by the Board of Education in April 2018. Interfund Transfer Resolution approved by the Board of Education on July 16, 2018. Winning bid approved by Board of Education on May 20, 2019.
