Subject:   A designated portion of the Board Meeting is set aside to hear comments on topics not listed on the agenda. A person wishing to speak must sign in and provide all information requested on the sign-in sheet, including the topic they will be addressing. The Board President will call speakers up by name announcing their time to comment. A time limit of five (5) minutes per speaker per agenda topic will be imposed. The purpose of requesting such information on the sign-in sheet is to obtain the correct spelling of the name of the speaker and contact information which will be used for any necessary Board follow up.
